Devor Technologies offers a complete line of integrated system for tracking vehicle & Ships, automated meter reading and remote equipment monitoring. Seamlessly integrating global satellite data communication between extremely remote transceivers and internet-based applications in real-time.

The device sends a discrete alert from your asset to shore, which is not noticeable by anyone on or other assets around.

The data typically includes;

• Positional information derived from a satellite based positioning service, such as the Global Position System (GPS);

• Alarm conditions triggered by the state of attached sensors, such as panic button pushed, door opened, external battery disconnected, level reaches a threshold value, asset moves outside a prescribed boundary;
• Measured values derived from attached sensors, such as ambient temperature, voltage of a battery, wind speed, fuel level;
• Short text messages coming from or going to the remote assets usually in association with a hand-held computer, such a Personal Data Assistant (PDA);
• Remote control by the actuation of relays via the internet.

All our integrated systems have three components

A dedicated terminal installed on the remote asset (truck, container, fixed station, etc.).

This terminal comprises a telecommunications system (satellite or terrestrial) and an interface to external data. For example, the terminal reads data such as the position of a truck (from a GPS receiver) or the temperature of a product and sends this information over the network.

Access to a satellite or GSM wireless network .

Currently, The system supports Argos , Orbcomm, Inmarsat D+, Inmarsat MiniC, SpaceChecker and GSM/SMS. We will shortly implement new gateways to GPRS and large LEO satellite systems.

Access to data and interfacing with assets.

This is a 24/7/365 computer center that receives, processes, and enhances messages received from remote assets. At every step, data are stored inside the database. The platform then routes the messages to other addresses. It also performs checks on data and provides alarm services. Lastly, it also runs dedicated customer applications to provide value-added services such as map display, alarm management, and much more. More than just another website, it is a computer center that guarantees a high level of operational service.
